who we are

Lilly Logic Labs is a small studio in India. We build websites and apps for businesses, and we make apps of our own. This policy covers this website and the work we do for clients.

Until Lilly Logic Labs is registered as a company, Tanisha Dulhani is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to contact@lillylogiclabs.com.

what we collect

• From the enquiry form: your name, email address, what you need, a rough budget if you pick one, and your message.
• When you email, call or message us: whatever you choose to tell us, and the notes we take on calls, which we email to you the same day.
• When you become a client: your billing details, and the files, content and logins you share for the project. We ask for passwords through a shared password manager, never by chat or email.
• When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type, to serve the pages and to keep bots off the enquiry form. It also tells us which country you're visiting from, so prices show in rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere. We don't store that.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records the page you viewed, the site that sent you, your browser and your country, without cookies and without identifying you. We don't use advertising trackers, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To plan, build and look after the work you've asked for, including the written update every Friday.
• To send invoices and keep the records tax law asks for.
• To keep the site and the enquiry form safe from spam and abuse.

We don't sell your data, share it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the studio, and only what each one needs:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and checks the enquiry form for bots.
• Our email service, which carries the messages we exchange.
• WhatsApp or Discord, only if you choose to talk to us there. Anything we decide there, we confirm by email the same day.
• A shared password manager, for any logins you give us.
• Our accountant, for invoices and tax.

We never put your data, or your project's data, into an AI tool without your written okay. We share data with the authorities only when the law requires it.

how long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't turn into a project: we delete them within 12 months.
• Project files and messages: for as long as we work together, and after that for as long as our contract with you says.
• Invoices and contracts: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• correct it, or fill in what's missing
• delete it, unless the law says we must keep it, as with invoices
• stop using data you gave us with your consent, from then on
• deal with someone you name to act for you, if you can't

Write to contact@lillylogiclabs.com and we'll reply within one working day. If you're unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

keeping it safe

Logins go in a shared password manager, never in chat or email, and we keep your data confidential. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you, and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.
