who we are

Lilly Logic Labs is a trading name. Until it's registered as a company, Tanisha Dulhani signs our contracts and issues our invoices. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean her, trading as Lilly Logic Labs, and "you" means you, or the business you act for.

using this site

Everything on this site is general information. Prices are starting prices, before GST where it applies, and they can change. Dollar prices are for clients outside India. Nothing here is an offer you can accept: a project starts only with a written quote, a signed contract and the advance paid.

The words, the design, our logo and the names Lilly Logic Labs, Rispense, Bobbin Social, Lilly Looms and Smriti are ours. Please don't copy them or pass them off as your own. Links to other sites are there to help you, and we aren't responsible for what's on them.

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we can't promise it always will be.

quotes

After our first call, you get one fixed price in writing within three working days. It holds for 14 days. The quote is what you pay. If you want something new once work has started, we'll tell you what it costs, in writing, before we start on it.

payments

• Projects under ₹2,00,000, or $3,000: half to begin, and the rest before launch or handover.
• Larger projects: half to begin, a quarter when you approve the design, and the last quarter before launch or handover.
• Monthly services, such as care plans and SEO, are paid monthly in advance. SEO runs for at least three months. To stop a monthly service, give us 30 days' notice.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is still unpaid 14 days after it's due, we pause the work until it's paid, and we hand over only work that has been paid for.
• Hosting, domains, store fees and paid tools are in your name. You pay those providers directly, with no markup from us.

changes and revisions

Each piece of work includes a set number of free revision rounds, written in your quote. A round is one combined list of changes, sent in one message by the person you name to approve work. New features, new pages or a new direction are not revisions: we price and date them in writing before we start.

Please send feedback within 5 working days. If we hear nothing for 10 working days, we'll send a written reminder, and the stage counts as approved 5 working days after that.

If a project goes quiet for 30 days, we pause it. After 60 days we close it, and restarting needs a new quote. A delay on your side moves our deadline by at least as many days.

cancelling and refunds

You can cancel by email at any time. You pay for the work done up to that day, and you get that work. Once work has started, the advance isn't refunded.

If you paid ahead for a monthly plan and stop early, we refund the months you haven't started, and charge the months you've used at the usual monthly price.

after launch

For 14 days after launch, we fix anything that doesn't work as agreed, at no charge. New changes aren't fixes, and we'll quote those separately.

who owns the work

Once you've paid in full, the work we deliver is yours, and we hand over the logins, the code and the files. Some of it is built on our own reusable code, tools and design kits. You get a licence to use those parts as part of your work, and we keep the right to use them elsewhere.

We show your project in our portfolio only with your written permission.

what we don't promise

We won't promise rankings, followers or sales. Nobody honest can. We'll show you what's working and what we'd try next.

liability

Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you've paid us for it. This site is provided as it is, with no promises beyond the ones in these terms.

the law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Delhi.

changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. A signed contract keeps the terms it was signed with.
